For over three decades, we have organized highly interactive yet tightly structured roundtables, workshops, conferences, and online meetings to address complex and deeply contested political challenges - amounting to more than 200 events in 40 countries across five continents over the past 35 years. The topics addressed span a wide range of political issues, including the environment, federalism, health, minorities, and transportation. Our clients come from the private and public sectors, as well as international organizations such as the World Bank and the OECD.
Our work is founded on our unique, theory-based and practice-tested methodology, the Governmental Learning Spiral (GLSp), which we teach at numerous academic institutions worldwide, including the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (Germany), George Washington University (USA), and the University of Zurich (Switzerland). The GLSp is defined and its application described in over 100 peer-reviewed journals, periodicals, books, and newspapers.
