Governmental Learning Lab

The Governmental Learning Lab, a subsidiary of the Blindenbacher Borer Consulting Ltd., was founded as a private organization in 2003 and transformed into its current legal form, on June 18, 2013. 

Its mission is to advance the quality of learning based decision making in complex political systems with the overall vision to improve people’s lives in the 21st century. The Governmental Learning Lab is committed to research, publish, teach and apply the method of the Governmental Learning Spiral on all public, private and international levels. It complies with the principles of democratic governance and international law.

The Blindenbacher Borer Consulting Ltd. is a profit oriented organization located in Berne, Switzerland, with limited liability. It is registered under the Company Number CH/036.4.057.420/5 in the Commercial Registry (Handelsregister) of the Canton of Berne/Switzerland.
