Dr. Raoul J. Blindenbacher is an expert on innovation an learning in politics and Co-Managing Director of the Governmental Learning Lab. He developed the method of the Governmental Learning Spiral, a concept to solve problems in the political context. He applied it in national and international events since 25 years. His professional background includes experiences in privat and public service as well as international organizations. He holds a doctorate in education, organizational sociology, and political science from the University of Zurich and completed postgraduate education programs at the University of Michigan and Harvard University. He is the author and editor of over 70 publications and is a lecturer at various universities worldwide. Since 2013 he is a Senior Fellow at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and President of the Convivenza Foundation.
